Indiana County man falls from speeding car during drug deal gone bad, police say
BUFFINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A drug deal gone bad is being blamed for a man being injured after falling from a vehicle in Buffington Township, Indiana County, police said.
According to police, Adam Devore, 25, of Clymer, was attempting to purchase drugs from Justin Foster, 23, of New Florence, along Route 403.
Police said Devore was leaning inside the window when Foster attempted to leave the scene quickly. Devore fell from the window and was injured, police said. He was flown to Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, where his condition is unknown.
Foster is charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person, among other charges. He is being held in the Indiana County Jail.
